A Great Way To Insulation Your Attic Stairs!
Having a pulldown attic staircase it a great convenience, it lets you safely access the extra space in your attic for storage or even a play space for the kids.
One of the major drawbacks to the attic stairs is they come with just a thin piece of plywood to close them in which provides very little in stopping hot or cold air from entering your living space and could be costing you hundreds of dollars each year, not to mention the fluctuation in temperature below the door.
They way these stairs are made there is very little space for insulation that will make any difference.
