Getting rid of them yourself.
If your garden or house is being over run and destroyed by mice, it’s time to take action.
There are many products that can be used to catch or get rid of your mice issue.
- poisoned baits
- snap traps
- glue traps
- live traps
- physical repellents
- electronic repellents
Depending on how squeamish you are with dealing with a dead or live mouse up close, that can help make the decision of what product to use. Also if you have kids or pets running around you may want to avoid using poisons.
You could also use a home made bucket trap. See the video below on making one of these.

First thing get rid of their food source. Next set traps. There’s usually 6-12 in a family of mice. Cut off their entry and check the traps daily lol

Mice hate peppermint oil. Put it on a cotton ball where ever you see signs. .. under kitchen cabinets exc. Be careful it can be a strong oil. Available at Walmart Target and many health food /vitamin shops.
