Vented or Sealed Crawlspace

Closing in your crawlspace will help prevent mold and rot and allow your home to stay comfortable so much more efficiently.

Whether you have a dirt or concrete floor you will want to seal it with 6mil plastic sheeting to prevent moisture from seeping up from the ground.

Sealing off the vents and wall is the next step.
